We integrate impact as a catalyst for growth.

Companies Doing Good helps brands grow affinity, engage employees, excite customers, and build a legacy of good in the communities they serve. We believe intentional social impact, rooted in people, planet, and sustainable business economics, creates lasting change.

Our services include impact consulting, marketing and storytelling, giveback program activation, customer engagement strategy, employee programs, and leadership and organizational coaching. Working with us means activating brand ambassadors, aligning staff and stakeholders, and building coherent messaging across the brand and the customer experience.

At the center of our work is a values system that drives strategic growth, internal culture, and meaningful community partnership. Everything we build is designed to be company-led and community-owned, so internal alignment and external trust grow at the same time.

The team brings more than thirty-five years of combined experience across brand storytelling, social impact strategy, health equity, marketing, and employee care. Senior practitioners deliver the work directly.

Values that shape how we work, not just what we say.

01

People-First

Every decision starts with the people it touches, from the front line staff to the family living next door to your store. Culture and community are the same work.

02

Equity-Centered

Access and opportunity get built into the plan in the first meeting, not bolted on when the budget allows.

03

Connected & Authentic

We help you say only what you can back up, then build the real relationships that make it land.

04

Accountable & Trustworthy

We measure what we promise and report it plainly, in numbers you can take to a board meeting.

05

Abundant & Growth-Mind

Doing good and growing well are not competing goals. Built right, each one funds the other.

Our working philosophy

Values that live only in a mission statement cost money. Values that live in messaging, hiring, performance reviews, product decisions, budgets, and quarterly reviews earn it back. We operationalize values and create impact, and together those drive revenue and brand growth. Working with us is designed to be practical, integrated into the natural rhythm of your business, and to leave you with something impactful for years to come.
