Racial Equity Business Support
We’re here to make the right thing, the easy thing. Many companies want to do more good, they just often don’t know how. We provide racial equity and corporate social responsibility services as part of our consulting packages.
DEI/Racial Equity Committee Facilitation
CDG helps you create and run your own internal committee that meets regularly, facilitated by our Racial Equity & DEI team of experts. We’ll work with you to set goals, overcome obstacles, and examine your processes for equitable outcomes.
Hiring and Recruiting Optimization
This is where the rubber meets the road as it relates to DEI. We help you avoid the common mistakes , and ensure your DEI program flourishes by embedding antiracism into HR practices. Antiracism solves for sexism, ageism, ableism, etc. by cutting to the root of oppression.
Community Partnership Development
Non-profit organizations, even to this day, are still reluctant to work with cannabis companies. CDG has extensive experience working in and with the non-profit space to bring communities together with cannabis companies wanting to support them. We help you maintain compliance and inspire employees through community engagement.
Integrated CSR and DEI Strategies
Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, require in-depth strategy applied across all aspects of the business to succeed. We make it easy by crafting the strategy with your team and stakeholders, defining metrics for success, and identifying the right non-profit partners to work with. Then we help enact and even run these strategies for you, or help you place an internal hire that can.
